This Privacy Policy describes how Tidier LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses your information when you access our platform located at blockvibe.org and all associated subdomains, portals, and services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to operate a secure, multi-tenant community portal. This information falls into three categories:

• Account Data: When you register as a user, resident, or business owner, we collect your name, email address, password hash, and optional profile information.
• Tenant Data: Content created by neighborhood organizers, including pages, events, and membership records managed within a Tenant portal.
• Delivery & Compliance Logs: For security and anti-abuse auditing, we log subscription preferences (e.g., unsubscribed status), email delivery confirmations, bounce events, spam complaints, and cryptographic opt-out tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining multi-tenant neighborhood portals.
• Sending transactional email on behalf of Tenants and the Platform (e.g., password resets, payment receipts, account confirmations, portal invitations).
• Newsletter & Community Updates Scope: Community newsletters remain within the scope of our Platform services. However, bulk newsletter tools are not currently available at the moment. In the future, occasional newsletters or community updates may be delivered to users who have explicitly verified their email address and provided affirmative opt-in consent. Users retain the right to withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.
• Anti-Abuse Verification: Automated processing of email bounces and complaints via Amazon SNS webhooks to suppress delivery to inactive or complaining addresses.
• Injecting platform-wide sponsored footers in certain free-tier tenant emails, as described in our Terms of Service.

Tenant email policy: Tenant Administrators are permitted to use Platform email tools for transactional messages and verified opt-in communications. Tidier LLC does not authorize Tenants to send unverified marketing broadcasts or spam through the Platform.

3. Third-Party Email & Delivery

To deliver transactional email, we use third-party SMTP and API services (such as AWS SES), configured with verified sending identities (e.g., info@blockvibe.org).

• Opt-Out / Unsubscribe Links: Every email sent by or through the Platform includes a clear, accessible opt-out / unsubscribe link in the footer, allowing recipients to easily manage their preferences or unsubscribe at any time with a single click.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information with advertisers or data brokers.
• Manually entered contacts start in an invite-only state until the recipient accepts.
• Unsubscribe mechanisms comply with applicable law and Platform policy.

4. Data Sharing and Multitenancy Scoping

Because BlockVibe is a multi-tenant platform, your profile and contact records are logically partitioned:

• Your data is accessible to administrators of the specific neighborhood Tenant portal you join.
• Opt-out preferences are managed per tenant. Unsubscribing from one association does not affect your status in other portals.

5. Security

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures. Cryptographic signatures may be used to validate unsubscribe and account-related actions securely.
